Every guitar is unique and made one by one here in my workshop in Überlingen Germany, by hand. This means i can be very open to changes from my standard appointments.

PRICING:

The 2023 base price for a Ackermann Guitar is 4.400.- € with a TKL hardcase.

The base price does not include VAT, fees for shipping and CITES.

Ordering a guitar direct first requires a 1000.-€ non-refundable deposit that will place you on my build-list. A larger deposit may be required for some orders to secure certain materials. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to my beginning work on your guitar. The balance is due by the completion of the guitar and before it is shipped.

WARRANTY & CARE

All of my guitars come with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty applies to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. Should an issue arise with you guitar, contact me immediately for a diagnosis. If needed, the guitar will be shipped back to me and any necessary repairs will be performed. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the owner.

SHIPPING

After payment has been received in full, the instrument will be shipped to the client via FedEx International Priority. No delivery by UPS. Care and attention is taken to insure your instrument arrives safely. Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, taxes or custom fees. Compliance with import/export regulation (eg CITIES) is the owner’s responsibility.
